We can personalise your headwear with your company name or club logo in either print or embroidery. Some designs are better suited to print than embroidery, and we advise the best method once we’ve seen the design.
The usual position to decorate is centre front or sometimes centre back.
Each position is a separate charge, and we always email a quote to you so that you know the final cost involved.
Ours is not an automated process, so we are able to check every order and advise if we anticipate any problems.
If we are embroidering the headwear, every new design is stitched onto the appropriate colour material so that you can check the quality, thread colours and design size before the items themselves are embroidered. Any changes required can be made at this stage.
Only once you’re happy with the sample do we continue with the job.
Step1: Choose your headwear, size and colour
Search our catalogue below and note the code of any hat or cap styles you like on our contact form located at the bottom. Alternatively, you’re welcome to visit our showroom to see the chosen garment but please check it’s in stock before visiting.
Step 2: Send us your image or logo
Email your image or logo, stating position required. Include any extra designs and positions at this stage. If you prefer embroidery or print, state this here.
Step 3: Would you like any other garments?
Simply let us know if you need anything else and we’ll add it to your quote.
Step 4: Place your order
Let us know the quantities, colours, and sizes required.
Step 5: Come in and preview your order
After you have placed your order, we will provide an embroidery sample (if applicable) for you to check to make sure that you’re happy with the size and thread colours. Once you’ve approved it, sit back and wait for your order to be completed!
Step 6: Re-order
Re-ordering is simple, as we retain all information about previous orders, including logo positioning, garment sizes and colours.
Every garment has a different price as there are many brands, qualities and styles to choose from, so we are unable to include exact pricing on our website.
However, we have a tiered pricing structure based on the number of each garment chosen.

There is a one-time origination fee to set up designs for embroidery, this is £25.00 + vat, for print it’s £4.99 + vat
Amendments to existing designs we already have on file are charged at £10 + vat.
