Our usual lead time is 2-3 weeks. For new designs, it can be a little longer due to setting up artwork for embroidery.
However, if you have an earlier deadline we will always try and help meet it if we possibly can.
No. Due to the fabric pile, print doesn’t adhere to the fibres, so they have to be embroidered.
We will do our best, but not all colours relate to pantone charts. We are happy to search our suppliers’ ranges to find the closest match we can.
For embroidery, any good quality file such a jpeg or pdf is fine. For print, we need a scaleable file such as eps or svg format.
We can get your file converted to the correct format for you. There is a charge for this service.
Payment is not due until the job is completed. We do not ask for deposits.
Yes, all usable files are kept on file indefinitely
If customers are in any doubt about sizing, they are welcome to call in to our showroom to try the garments on. We encourage this, as it’s best to get the order correct at the start, because once the item has been embroidered or printed, we are unable to take them back.
If it’s not practical to call in to the showroom, we can post the loan garments out for customers to try (return postage is the responsibility of the customer).
Yes, and we’re quite proud of it! It’s a modern, well stocked space of samples of the most popular garments, including a changing room for customers’ use.
Yes, orders sent by courier are charged at cost, currently £12.50 per parcel. Small orders can be sent by Royal Mail at the appropriate rate.
We don’t have an online ordering facility, as we believe that every customer is unique and we prefer to leave nothing to chance. By speaking to the customer (in person, by phone, or email) we can ascertain what their needs are so that we can quote accurately.
However, our website has a catalogue where you can see the ranges available; if you see anything that appeals please get in touch, quoting the product code(s).
Usually 2-3 days, depending on stock availability. If any item is not available within this time frame, we will advise you of the due date
Either by bank transfer, debit or credit card, or cash. Please note we do not accept American Express.
Every garment on our website has a tab marked “Product Information” and the size guide is shown there. More detailed information is available on request.
Any item not required can be returned subject to certain conditions. They must be clean, unworn, unwashed, and re-saleable, in the original packaging and not embroidered or printed, and within 3 months of purchase.
There is no minimum order, either value or quantity.
We insist on it! We stitch out the design onto felt and when the sample is ready, we ask you to approve it, to make sure you’re happy with the design size, and the colour of threads chosen. Any alterations can be made at this stage, and only when you’ve approved the sample, do we progress the order.
This can vary, depending on the environment the garment is being used in, how it’s washed and dried. Under normal circumstances it should last for around 50 washes.
Not all, but it’s a very small percentage that can’t be decorated by one or the other. We will advise at the time of garment selection of any restrictions, and recommend the best decoration method for that garment.
Yes – but we need to see the garments to be sure they are suitable. They must be new and unwashed. We take no responsibility if the customer has purchased them and then we decide they are not suitable.
Work is carried out at the customers’ own risk.
We will let you know of any stock issues at the time of processing. Any dates we quote are done so in good faith, from information supplied to us by our suppliers. These dates cannot be guaranteed. If you are unable to wait for stock to become available, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative.
